What's Covered

Comprehensive Warranty Coverage

Every BBQ Pod is built to commercial-grade standards. All integrated appliances carry manufacturer warranties, and we stand behind the quality of our pods with our own structural guarantee.

Structural Frame

The steel frame and main structural components are covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Gas Grill

Professional gas grills carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labour for manufacturing defects.

Refrigeration

Integrated fridges are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Compressor components carry an extended 5-year warranty.

Weatherproof TV

Outdoor-rated TVs carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering all components including the weatherproof casing.

🎨

Powder-Coated Finish

The exterior powder-coated finish is warranted against peeling, flaking or significant colour fading for 3 years under normal use.

Installation

Our professional installation work is guaranteed for 12 months. If any issue arises from our installation, we'll fix it at no cost.

Warranty Terms

What is covered under warranty? +

Warranties cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. All major components including the structural frame, gas grill, refrigeration unit, weatherproof TV, powder-coated exterior, and electrical systems are covered. Full warranty documentation is provided with your pod at delivery.

What is not covered? +

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage from extreme weather events. Consumable items such as grill grates are not covered after the first 6 months.

How do I make a warranty claim? +

Contact us at sales@bbqpods.net or call 079XXXXXXX with your order reference, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. We will assess the claim and arrange repair or replacement within 10 working days of the claim being approved.

Are spare parts available after the warranty period? +

Yes. We stock spare parts for all models and can arrange supply and fitting for out-of-warranty repairs at competitive rates. Contact us for a spare parts quote.

Does the warranty transfer if I sell my home? +

Yes. Structural and finish warranties are transferable to a new owner. Appliance warranties transfer subject to the original manufacturer's terms. Please contact us to update ownership records.
