Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 2025. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of BBQ Pods products and services from BBQ Pods Jordan. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Orders and Payment

All orders require a 50% deposit to commence manufacturing. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, before delivery. Prices are quoted in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include all specified appliances and professional installation. Prices are subject to change without notice, but your quoted price is fixed once a deposit is received.

2. Manufacturing and Delivery

The estimated build time is approximately 16 weeks from receipt of your deposit. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery and installation date. Delivery is included for all Jordan mainland addresses. Remote areas may incur an additional charge.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cancelled within 14 days of placing the deposit will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 14 days but before manufacturing commences will incur a 10% administration fee. Once manufacturing has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable as materials and labour costs will have been incurred. If we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Customisation

Colour, interior finish, and countertop selections must be confirmed at the time of order. Changes to specifications after manufacturing has commenced may not be possible and may incur additional charges. Any bespoke modifications agreed separately are subject to their own pricing and lead times.

5. Installation

Professional installation is included with all orders. You are responsible for ensuring suitable access to the installation site, a level hard-standing surface, and proximity to required utilities (mains electricity and gas supply). Our installation team will advise on exact requirements prior to your delivery date.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your purchase. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.
